Introducing Belletrist: Emma Robert’s New Book Club

American Horror Story and Scream Queens actress Emma Roberts officially has started her very own book club. The club, named Belletrist, will read a different book each month, based on the picks of Roberts and producer Karah Preiss.

Similar to fellow bookworm Emma Watson, Roberts may include feminist literature in the reading picks, though based on her bookstagram picks (below), there may be some non-fiction, contemporary, and self-help books thrown in the mix. Check out a few of Emma’s bookish selfies via her Instagram:

A few hours ago, Emma announced the first pick for Belletrist will be Joan Didion’s South and West, which is a journal of the author’s random thoughts, notes, observations, essay and article drafts, and more.

That’s all we know for now, though this rise in official celebrity book clubs is definitely a cool addition to the love of literature of words. Are you thinking of starting up your own book club?
