What To Read This Month: 11 Releases Hitting Shelves In May 2017

Woo! We’re already halfway through 2017 (crazy, right?) and man, oh, man has it been one heck of a year already. Though regardless of all that’s occurred this year, we still have new releases to look forward to. Check out a few new books coming out this May.

 

1. A Court of Wings and Ruin (A Court of Thorns and Roses #3) by Sarah J. Maas

The YA would has been raving about this one months prior and it’s safe to say the final book in Maas’ Court of Thorns and Roses trilogy will be at the top of TBR lists for a while.

2. Lord of Shadows (The Dark Artifices #2) by Cassandra Clare

Another YA fantasy that readers are excitedly anticipating, Lord of Shadows, the sequel to 2016’s Lady Midnight, hits shelves this month.

3. Into the Water by Paula Hawkins

Hawkins is the author of the bestselling The Girl on the Train and Into the Water is her new psychological thriller about the mysterious deaths of women whose bodies were all found in the deep depths of a river that runs through town.

4. Flame in the Mist (Flame in the Mist Book #1) by Renee Ahdieh

5. Always and Forever, Lara Jean (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before Book #3) by Jenny Han

The third and final book in Han’s To All The Boys series has Ya Contemporary lovers up in arms at its close release. I’ve read the first two books and I thought they were cute and entertaining. Looking forward to how Lara Jean bids her farewell.
